Vacation rentals vary significantly, but with 700 options around town, everyone wanting a Sayulita vacation can find a rental to meet their needs, from beach bungalows to beachfront villas and basic hostels to luxury hotels. To some degree or other, each will have that colorful Mexican decor that heightens the senses and brightens the day.
Sayulita Beachfront Hotels
Sayulita hotels are not high-rise buildings like those at mega resorts but are locally owned and operated, catering to each guest’s needs. These traditional villa-style or palapa-style buildings on the beach offer separate living quarters and various room options including penthouses and small suites with extra amenities. Located near the center of town, hotels are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars – easy access for a fun day or night.
Sayulita Vacation Rentals
For travelers planning to stay longer than a few days, a great option is to rent a private villa, house, or condo that offers a choice of one, two, three, four or more bedrooms with kitchens or kitchenettes. A Sayulita beach house and other beachfront rentals provide more privacy and options than hotels and bungalows. For the time investment, they’re also more cost effective than renting short term. Prices are higher in peak season, from October through March, but in the summer, these luxury rentals offer some great low rates.
Sayulita Lodging Considerations
Many Sayulita hotels and villas provide air conditioning, ceiling fans or both – or none at all! Rentals may have indoor screens and screened outdoor areas, which are important details since some days, there are many mosquitoes. Some lodging doesn’t have hot water heaters or swimming pools, whereas other hotels will provide everything you need and anything you want. Be sure to ask about essentials before making a reservation.
