Playa Las Cuevas
A few miles north of Sayulita and just south of Chacala is the private, romantic beach of Playa Las Cuevas with clear water and white sand, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Surrounded by rocky cliffs, this secluded, u-shaped beach cove is accessible only by hiking through a rough jungle path. A perfect escape for couples, it’s worth it! To get there, take road Calle M. Navarrete to the end and continue along the jungle path, or from the end of Sayulita’s main beach, follow the stream and continue along the jungle path to another stream where the barbed wire fences end and lead into Playa Las Cuevas.
